Shipping policy

We process all orders in a timely manner, aiming for 2 full weekdays from the day you place your order to when we take it to the PO (this is not including weekends or bank holidays. UK holiday periods, such as Christmas, will mean our order lead times change and we will publicise this clearly during these periods).

We do our best to get your orders sent out to you as soon as possible via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Royal Mail state that their aim is for this service "to deliver in two to three working days"), but for your own peace of mind, please allow a minimum of 5 full working days for delivery from the day after you make your payment.
